"Cool little hidden gem in Wheeling. Has that small town vibe that seemed to be pretty popular with many locals. They had amazing sandwiches/wraps as well as delicious BBQ that was apparently a limited time thing that day. They also have a great selection of drinks. It was a great hole in the wall place that you can tell takes pride in quality food and a creating a welcoming environment. Would for sure go back again."

"Flying Spoon is a hidden gem in Wheeling! They have yoga classes as well as food - paninis, sandwiches, açaí, shakes, matcha, craft beer and wine. Really cool and comfortable atmosphere and big local, WV feel. Yoga class was great (I’m a beginner)! Bar seating and multiple tables, low and high top. Plus outdoor area. Highly recommend and will be back asap!!"

I was so wrapped up in my food I missed a work meeting. lol There were some ladies in the outside area sipping on wine and having the time of their lives enjoying the place. The area around is a little deceiving but this place is great. Bravo!"
