"Purchased a package of CBD Gummies that were melted completely. Understandably they couldn’t refund my money without receipt. When I asked the manager if they could refund me if I open another package that I just purchased in front of them and it’s melted she informed me she “feels every package” and there was “no way” it was melted in the store. Furthermore she rudely stated to that even if I open another package in front of them that I JUST PURCHASED WITH RECEIPT she still wouldn’t refund my money because once it’s handed to me it isn’t their problem!"
