"My partner took us here with his family, the best local breakfast place you can go. Family friend (Everyone is seen as family) open, welcoming, wonderful and amazing staff!! I love when the cook comes out and chats with everyone, not many restaurants do that or are close knit to be like so. For someone coming here first time and experiencing it. "I really enjoyed this place. I was slightly unsure going in because it could have been really good or really bad when it comes to "traditional" food. I ordered a chipotle melt and it was absolutely exquisite. There was enough bite and tang but not feeling overpowering either. The sandwich was a perfect balance of favors and depth and I found it superb. I noticed the bread was toasted with butter to give you a taste of savory before the rest of your buds taste the sandwich. I got the homemade fries and I appreciate that they were both seasoned and air fried. They were exactly how I used to make them when I would regularly serve them at home. The chili was a bit watery and lacked depth in seasoning, but I get the feeling it was because I was there fairly early into the lunch menu and it hadn't settled/rested yet. I'll be recommending this place to everyone l talk to. Thank you for a great experience! Hope to come back soon!"

"I stopped in here last minute after an appointment next door. They were getting ready to close but they served me. The menu is one of the more affordable menu’s I have seen in a while. I went basic and got the chicken wrap, but it did not disappoint. The chicken was real chicken cooked perfectly and It was served with waffle fries . The place was decorated really cute , and whoever took the pictures of the food on the walls did a great job as all of it looked amazing! Staff were welcoming and I want to go back and try the other menu options!"

"Stopped in and had the 16th Street Club expecting a normal club sandwich with deli cut meat. Received an amazing sandwich with thick slices of hand-cut ham. Totally worth it! Friendly service for this stranger just passing through. Hope to go back next time in Wheeling!"
