"We visited on 12/28 and by 3 pm all tables were booked until 8:30 pm, except for a few hightops. This was fine as we were seated right away but had to change our plans a little in order to eat earlier than later. It took a bit for a server to come take our order, but the food arrived in a timely manner. Had the chicken tortilla soup, which was lukewarm at best, the Mediterranean wrap which was ok, and fries which were cold and chewy. Husband had a nice salad and the short ribs sandwich. He said they were OK. The restaurant wasn't busy yet so not sure why the food was cold. Then we had to wait awhile for the check. The atmosphere was nice, but the food and service was a little meh."

"My grandson and I visited skyline restaurant before driving through the lights. Our service was exceptional. The girls at the hostess station were friendly and engaging. As soon as we were seated, Gerson came to give us water. My 4 year old grandson was not patient and wanted lemonade. Gerson ran to get him a kiddy cup of lemonade immediately. As soon as he left, our waitress Deb came over to get our orders. She was so sweet and knowledgeable about the food and the park as a whole. She was quick and attentive. It was busy there yet Deb made us feel as if we were her only priority. While our food was delicious, the staff there is what made our experience amazing. I highly recommend taking the family to skyline then a visit to Hickman lounge for cocoa and entertainment before driving through the lights."

"We ate here less than 2 weeks ago. We had the fish and chips. It was amazing. So we decided to stop in again today and it was not the same. The fries were McDonalds quality and the peices of fish were so much smaller, and the price remained the same. Your customers notice changes. We came back because we liked it so much the first time,and I can't say I would return. Leave the quality of the food alone. Don't fix something that isn't broke. The fish and chips on our first visit was great"

"Got the lodge breakfast. Eggs were cold. Potatoes were good. Orange juice was watered down. Also got the croque madame sandwich. The sandwich was alright. The fried eggs were a tad cold. Got a side of bacon which was burnt. Overall only impressed with the potatoes. Not worth the price."
