"I used to frequent this place with my niece and nephew when I came to visit from Wisconsin. On this trip, I ordered the normal bowls. Five minutes into waiting for our food, I got a text from my niece stating she wanted a latte. Since I was still at the window and had been waiting in line myself over 15 minutes to order, I was surprised when Kim was very rude and stated she wouldn’t be making the people behind us wait. If you’re from out of town and expect customer service when you spend your money and time, take your business elsewhere"

"The little treat on top of the cup was yummy, and the coffee was at a good temperature. However, the interaction became awkward when the woman at the window was unnecessarily snippy about the semantics on what coffee with milk is called, even though she clearly understood what I wanted."
