"This is just a pizza review. I often get a slice or 2 of their hot pizza, and it's usually good, especially the end crust. My family had pizza night and so for the first time ever I ordered Pilot Pizza. It was overcooked and partially dried out. The kids took a vote and unfortunately we won't be getting Pilot Pizza anymore."

"There was no one waiting when I pd for mine, but the 4 showers were full. The worker told me when someone came out, I would be next. After 30 minutes n ask the showers emptied, I had to go get someone to clean. The rooms are small, n the only place to lay things is on or in the sink. Lots of hooks tho. The water is hot, the head is adjustable but all have hard pressure. Even turning the head away from the entry, the floor gets very wet. There's no time limit either. The cashier was very nice. The cost was $17. There is a fan in the room too. The shower n room itself was very clean. I would use this one again."

"By far and away one of the best Pilot's we've been to in the nation! It's small, cozy, clean and the employees absolutely are a cut above most! Dillon greeted us when we walked in, noticed we were carrying shower bags and set us up quickly for a shower. He was friendly and just gave us the feeling that he liked truck drivers. We had to wait in the tiny lounge, but Ryan ( the "shower guy") kept giving us updates and made sure to give us extra towels. The shower smelled great, (whatever they're using keep it up!) and was immaculate! You're given a bottle of water too, thanking professional drivers! It's an older Pilot but the way it's kept it rivals most newer J's or Pilots. There is definitely enough employees here and it shows. The entire store is stocked and the coffee fresh ( at 2:00pm, not the morning). It's a small parking area but plenty of room for a straight back. Everything's here a driver needs and this Pilot definitely reflects that. Clean, hot showers, great employees, hot, fresh coffee and a clean lot. Great job everyone!"

"These people are so rude!! I was coming around the corner and the girl that cleans the showers almost bumped into me and I said “oops I’m sorry” and she looked at me w a disgusted look on her face, didn’t say anything to me and kept walking. The young man working in the subway was working on some orders which was fine I don’t mind waiting, but didn’t say not one word to my partner and I. We stood there for about 5 minutes, a sloth moved faster then him. There’s only one person who said “hello, welcome in” as they usually do in EVERY OTHER PILOT & FLYING J I’ve been to. Other than that no one spoke a word to us. PEOPLE OF COLOR ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT WELCOME HERE, therefore I will never step foot here again!"

"Showers too small and wets the whole room. Had a nice hot shower however but towels were still wet!? The showers are cleaner than restroom. Has a decent lobby two massage chairs and a couple washer/dryers. No alcohol to buy here. Parking is so limited and the grass around lot is full of hungry mosquitoes. Went to AM Best/Sinclairs to park and they have many."
