"On 11/11/25. I had the worst fast food experience of my life. I went during the night and the manger, she glared, didn’t take out order well, had an unfriendly attitude. The food was barely even cooked, the store overall was dirty and messy. We didn’t even come close to them closing and the manger was just really rude to us. Overall worst experience of my life"

"11:30 on a Saturday and all I was craving was hash browns. I thought Carl's Jr might do breakfast longer than other restaurants, so I went through the drive thru and was excited to see hash rounds on the menu. When I ordered them, the lady told me that breakfast was over - but she would make them for me anyway. Not only did she freshly make them for me outside of breakfast hours, but she got our order ready FAST, and it did not seem like she had much help. I have had similarly excellent service every time I have come here in the past 4 years, despite having annoying, big, or complicated orders. The people running this restaurant are doing a wonderful job, and I highly recommend it for your fast food stop."

"Always check your order before leaving no matter who's working. They get it right about 50% of the time. This evening, Karina gave me such an attitude from the moment I walked in. I ordered my burger a specific way and she did not take it down at all. So after I paid, and I got the receipt, I clarified to her my order. She told me she didn't have time for me at the moment and then did some stuff in the back before coming back up. So after I told her again she quickly turned around loudly saying to the employee in the back, "I didn't say anything to her about making it special." I said it to her three times before paying. So this is a lie. Then, they made it wrong anyway. But luckily, it was just lettuce and onion. So I could just take it off and throw it away. I get that youre frustrated with other things but if you're gonna talk bad about the customer and lie about what they said, at least make sure they can't hear you."

"This was once my favorite fast food. Taste,quality and service, no longer exist! I got the app to save $$ I drove OUT of my WAY...only to not get points or food! Cashier took my debit card to the window. She didn't give me my points and when I took it back inside to show her, she said, NOT MY PROBLEM!!!! I WILL NEVER buy from your company again AND CAN'T find a phone ### because they have all been disconnected!!! Good RIDENCE!!!!"
