"The Cheyenne City Brew is one of my all time favorite coffee shops. The baristas are so friendly and I always get a awesome brew. On the rare occasion something has been wrong they immediately work to correct it. The coffee shop itself is comfortable and inviting. I love the nice days that I can sit out by the firepit. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Cheyenne area."

"I love City Brew! The staff is awesome and friendly. I’ve never had problems with them getting my order wrong. They serve excellent coffee and breakfast items. I always enjoy their seasonal drinks too. The only issue I ever have is that the coffee cups are filled right up to the top, which causes them to leak and spill everywhere when I’m walking into work. I appreciate not being ripped off, but it is just too much coffee for the cup."

"I think people are too entitled sometimes and they think their time is more valuable than everyone else’s. I was in this establishment today and it was busy inside and the drive thru. The employees working were kind and considerate, they were working as quickly and efficiently as possible. One customer in particular was a tad rude because she must have felt as though she deserved her service before all the other customers. The employees were very professional and addressed her concerns as politely as possible. THAT is what customer service is. Even though she was making their jobs difficult and stressful, they maintained a positive attitude and I believe that they all deserve credit for that! My coffee was made to order just perfectly and was delivered with a smile. The managers should be very proud of their employees!"

"Lady at the drive thru speaker didn’t have the kindest attitude you’d want for the first interaction of the morning. Coffee was good. Assuming nothing foul was done to it. Only place that’s open around the time I commute so I will be back."

"I would give them 5 stars. Then Mikayla took it to no stars. Rude and made inappropriate comments. Nearly spilled coffee on me, then crushed the cup so it fell apart and flooded my cup holders. Amazingly next service from her was even worse. More inappropriate comments! Dont need nasty server to start my day. Too bad rest of staff service and food is great!"
