"I had the worst experience with the bakery here! 2 hours before the event I had planned, I went to pick up the custom cake from the bakery and not only was it the wrong colors, it was split down the middle. I had a photo cake done and the photo was torn right through the Mom to be’s face and then all the way to the side. It was horrible and there was nothing I could do about it by that point! I had to serve this ugly cake to the guests at the baby shower and it was sad. This was such a special day for the expectant mother and this horrendous cake tainted it! I will NEVER order a cake from here again. How can you try to sell a cake like this to a customer?? The person that made this cake had zero work ethic and just threw it together. Sloppiest cake I’ve ever seen!"

"This is a good store with great and friendly employees but this particular store has a horrible habit of letting to many people in the store at once it's constantly overcrowded and causing anger issues among customers. They probably violate multiple state laws by doing this. Corporate you need to build a 2nd king soopers in Cheyenne it's very long overdue"

"King Soopers is right around the corner from my house. I love this store! If you watch your coupons and the digital deals through to their ap, savings are better than the big box stores. Gas savings, too. It's just me and my husband and we're elderly, so savings are important. 😊"

"So I’m going to tell you every time I go to any other grocery store in CHEYENNE I am reminded of why I shouldn’t go to any other grocery store-The difference in-service from Albertsons, Walmart, and Safeway to King Soopers is gigantic. Huge. I want to start by talking about Jeff who yesterday just blew me away because he made my life so easy for something that I should’ve brought back in Instead, he said just go pick one out we don’t want the one that is bad With a laugh-And I’ve been in Wyoming seven years. I have never had anything bad from King Soopers.. Megan is who I had to talk too last week because they do have quite a huge pothole in their drive leaving the gas station or coming in-And she was so pleasant about it rather than it being snide and said she would turn me over to the right people that have the parking lot responsibility and I’m sure that that’s going to happen. It just hasn’t yet. It’s only been a week. I’m in there quite often Because I know it is the best grocery store in CHEYENNE. The products are better the fruit and vegetables are fresher. The people are truly there to make your experience better. Compared to any other store?Inconceivable of why I would go anywhere else.Today-I’m on my way home. Albertsons is right there because I was on Pershing🥵 As usual almost every time I go in that Please what they sell me is not the price that is advertised . I even get help and they still screw it up. Then you always have to wait till the next day because there’s like one person that can help you get your card adjusted and they’re never there. Save yourself, I promise you you won’t regret it!"
