"I'm not too crazy about their use of AI art for their store which makes the vibe weird. However, their food does make up for that. The fried chicken is spicy with the stated levels and their milk drinks are good. This might best the best place for fried chicken in Cheyenne. The chicken is hot, juicy, and flavorful. The breading is almost crunchy too. One thing for sure in my views is that this is the only place in Cheyenne that understands good spicy fried chicken. If you like it extremely spicy, they can do that for you."

"My husband and I were just driving by the neighborhood, and saw the restaurant. Intrigued by our love for hot friend chicken we went in, with no expectations. And, oh boy! We are happy we found our new favorite fast food spot in town. The chicken was so crispy and delicious, and their fries are soft in the inside while crispy from the outside. And their house sauce compliments everything so well together. Definitely recommend getting extra sauce because is really good! We also tried their guava lime ice tea and it’s so refreshing, and perfectly balanced since is not super sweet. This will be our new go to spot now!"

"I’ll preface this by mentioning today was the grand opening - so I will cut them some slack. I waited in the drive thru for almost exactly 1 hour before getting my food. I thought maybe they weren’t adequately staffed, but when I got to the drive thru window I could see they had plenty of people working and they were all hustling. It takes time to become efficient so I really hope in due time they get quicker. The food was great: it was everything I hoped it would be, which doesn’t happen often. The only tender meal they offer is a 2 piece, so I paid an extra $5 for another tender. That proved to be unnecessary, the pieces are huge. I got the medium spice and it was not very hot, so next time I’ll try a hotter one. I’m happy to give Owen’s Hot Chicken its first 5 star review. Normally I wouldn’t do that because of how long I had to wait for my food, but we don’t have anything like this in Cheyenne and I want this restaurant to be successful. Be nice to your local businesses folks, this place has potential and the food is stellar."
