"Ah there's so much stuff in this restaurant that it's a world of it's own. Is it a tourist trap? Yes. Is it worth it? Totally! Even though the rocky mountain oysters were dry and nearly bland, at least they have good texture and are not greasy. They come with cocktail sauce and gravy for dipping. They also have bottomless fries and sweet potato fries, and that's just with appetizers. Sweet potato fries are treated like desserts as evidenced by the powdered sugar on top with cinnamon butter. If you order a meal, you get bottomless onion rings. Whatever flaws you may find in your experience here, they always have something to make up for that. And if you are interested, you can do a bit of gambling in the back and they even have a game room too. This is a place worth checking out! Also, free peanuts being passed around here! So if you are allergic to nuts, you may want to either avoid the bar or let your server know. Otherwise, fun place to chill anywhere! Oh and if you like beer, they serve them in jars."

"I moved to Cheyenne about 2+ years ago. This eatery is one of the first restaurants I went to and I’ve been meaning to write a review for the longest time but this time I decided let’s just do it. Both the food, the service and the fun atmosphere make this a wonderful eatery. The portions are large. The service is impeccable and all around a good experience. My favorite server, Jim, is always very attentive and since he knows me very well since I go there, he has my service dog’s bowl of water and my diet soda ready for me as soon as I walk in. It makes you feel like you are family when you go there. You’re not just an unfamiliar face. You’re not just an unfamiliar face. They make you feel welcome and are polite and professional in manner. Today was Veterans Day and I took advantage of the discount they were giving to veterans and we got the redneck steak with the side as well as the potstickers and all tasted great and have lunch or dinner for the next day or so! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the downtown Cheyenne area as it is one of the better eateries in this town."

"I try hard not to do corporate chain meals when traveling for work. Tonight I found Sanford's in Cheynne WY. Sanford's found a way to transplant Southern Hospitatility and southern food out west. I flew in from Auburn AL today and was lucky enough to choose Sanford's Grub & Pub for dinner. It really made my day. The team here put in real effort to make tasty food, with creative names and descriptions, and puts out quite a spread for your your hard earned greenbacks. Note the Ester sandwich on the front page of their menu. Good Stuff!!! Y'all done good Sanford's!"
