"First time customer here. I ordered a 20 ounce Americano with two extra shots (for a total of four shots of espresso) cream, and a pump of flavored syrup. Pricing was not outrageous ($5.66), but the drink quality left a lot to be desired. Normally, you should be able to taste coffee with four shots in a 20 ounce drink. My drink tasted a lot like slightly sweetened cream with water. very disappointed. It wasn’t even a strong as drip coffee. I will try them again- perhaps it was just a mistake on the barista‘s behalf."
