"Ordered online. Paid online. Food was 20 minutes late, no veggies, ranch, napkins and the wings were barely sauced. The reason for the delay? "We thought your name was a joke." - Who cares? Did you get the money I paid online? Yes. Don't make excuses for being incompetent and try to fault the customer."

"The service was terrible. Empty drinks the whole time. Forgot our appetizers and one Came after our food. She brought the wrong burger out. Asked to bring the right burger and she brought the same one with an extra spread on it. I know it was the same burger b/c I took some of the bacon off of the wrong burger and pickles to give to my kids, since I was sending it back anyway. Plus it had cheese and I asked for no cheese. She brought the same burger with half the bacon and said sorry they added cheese again. It was the same burger. Ridiculous and unprofessional."

"I never give bad reviews but you just get sick and tired of the same bad service and the food. My third time going to this place and every single time it's been bad service and food. You guys need to step your game up when it comes to customer service. If it gets to busy I get it but atleast acknowledge your people to let them know you see them. We were sitting there for a good 15 min before anyone even acknowledged us. We get our burgers that were sitting in a puddle of grease. Our waitress was clearly in a bad mood and it showed. I'm definitely done going back to this place which sucks because there isn't any good restraunts in this town. You think you would be on point."

"Food has never been that great here. Drinks are good but take a very long time to get. Best thing about the place is the sports and TVs. Problem with the place is how long you have to wait for your food and drinks. I ordered nachos. I waited exactly two hours to get them. Before they came I asked them twice to bring them to go. I was tired of waiting and wanted them to go so I could just leave. Instead, after two hours, they finally came and were not ready to go. I paid only for my drinks and appetizer. Very dysfunctional place. Never again."

"I went to Buffalo Wild Wings today and I have to say, I’m not surprised about being disappointed again. Wings took forever, they were dry, and just a really bad meal. I had a friend tell me about her experience a few months ago. The Kitchen messed up her sampler and when she told her server to take it off her ticket, she overheard one of the managers named ginger complain and cuss about having to take it off. I’ve had friends who used to work there say the kitchen staff are dirty and the management is horrible. From all the things I’ve heard and my personal experience, please get food elsewhere."
