"Today we ordered 5 subs for our office for lunch to be delivered at 11:15-11:30. 3 of the 5 subs were correct. The other 2 were on bread when we asked for them to be umwiches due to a bread allergy. When we called to get them fixed the manager would not even come to the phone but would be yelling in the background to the person on the phone to tell them what to say. I spoke with 2 different people. Was asked to call back to talk to the manager at 1pm. I had everything delivered at 11:15. Said they were fixing them but it would be awhile before they would be delivered. Called again to see when my sandwiches would be delivered as we had been waiting for over an hour. 2 hours later at 1:26pm we received our sandwiches one was correct the other was a complete mess and disaster. Will not be giving them any more of our business highly disappointed that the manager cant act like a real manager. As an office we have never had our order right and have always had to call to fix it, but this time has ruined it for a very long time."

"Had a sandwich delivered to me child’s school and we asked for no cheese. They delivered it WITHOUT cheese OR meat. He only got the bread. Why would you allow a product leave your door. They stated she misunderstood?? If you are questioning then reread the order! Why would someone purchase just your bread! Then they refused to remake the sandwich and get it to him in time for him to actually have lunch. People are incredibly incompetent! Do better JJ!"
