"Since most cafe in Jackson close at 6-7pm. This is your only choice or you can go to McDonald's or gas station for some caffeine. It is inside a hotel, and it has little coffee setup behind the front desk. Don't sleep on it, every cup is freshly press with attentions. They also sell a bunch of gifts and merchandise at the front lobby"
