"We go to the resturant quite often to get salads and soups however the cooks need to stop putting the chicken on skewers in the salads. The 2 salads I got today were disgusting!!!--first of all I could barely get the chicken off of the skewer and when I did it was still raw looking and slimy where it was attached to the skewer--made me gag! I ate the salad--threw the chicken away. What's wrong with just cutting the chicken into cubes and cooking it on a grill BEFORE you put it in the salad? I don't like paying almost $20.00 for 2 salads and throwing away a good portion of it. I would think cooking for a hospital would make the cooks aware of eating undercooked chicken and the health hzards associated with it."
