"This grocery store was about 5 minutes from our hotel here in Jackson Hole. As soon as I we walked inside, I immediately thought, "Hey! This store reminds me of Kroger!" And it is, just another name. Back in Memphis, I do the majority of my grocery shopping at Kroger, so I felt right at home. One of the associates even told me that my digital coupons were applicable here, too. So, I got my regular items... lactose free milk, cereal, pudding cake, 6-ct eggs (since I am only on vacation), and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches since our hotel had a kitchenette. Service here was great. They only thing is you have to purchase your paper bags to bag your groceries. I've visited twice already while we're here and, of course, I'd come again if I ever visit again."

"This must be the worst experience and interaction we have every had at any of the Kroger Family of stores, anywhere in the west. Like all new places we go to, we will usually do a Google review, take photos and describe our overall experience about the place and service. We always honor any store staff that asks us why we are taking photos, and we explain to do a review. Rarely, and I mean rarely, have we been told not to take some photos for our review. Well, today we met our worst nightmare, within moments of entering the store, when we were confronted by an extremely angry (think store manager) who read us the “riot act” on this is private property and not to take photos, which we stopped immediately. That is why there are only a few photos which I had taken before the confrontation. We immediately purchased the food items we needed and quickly and permanently left that store and, in the future, will take our business to the Albertson’s down the street. All we can say is there is a right way and a wrong way to approach people and ask them not to do something. This lady was terrible and totally poisoned our view of the staff and Smith’s store in Jackson, never again."

"One of my favorite grocery stores in Jackson Hole. This is a well stocked large grocery store where you can pickup essentials, flowers, produce, baked goods and all the regular stuff you might need while in town. This store has a full service pharmacy and a bank branch. I need to point out the excellent service from Florin at the self checkout and Madalina at the cashiers. Keep up the fine work team Smith’s!"
