"Overall lovely space to work and study with friends, and people are nice most of the time. There have been a few instances though where passive aggressiveness was wrongfully used a towards people that didn’t really deserve it. I’ve seen it happen to others and experienced it myself. To the librarian who decided to tell teenage girls to “well I’m not seeing any movement” as we were actively packing up, that was rude, unnecessary, and borderline inappropriate. There are better ways to say that, and it was 6:03 pm with the library closing at 6, we were packing up to leave. I sympathize if you’re tired, but so am I as I’ve been working all day and study afterward, and that’s not an excuse to be aggressive. Please don’t do this to others and work on creating a safe and non-hostile environment that a library should be."

"Best library I’ve been to so far. Clean, kind employees, and a ton of resources. You can rent out some tools, rent laptops, they have computers, printers, 3D printing, sewing machines, study rooms, and more."

"I love that place. Free card for people who work in Jackson. Many books - normal and audio, access to movies, PCs, places to read, shelf of Jackson cupboard in the hallway. The best library I have been to. Beautiful designs of the library cards - 2 sizes, normal and pocket size"

"Nice library, stopped here a few times to take work calls while working remotely in the area. Good mix of comfy areas and desks/tables to sit at. Very easy to book study rooms."
