"Great location, comfortable rooms, coffee, tea, (mix) hot chocolate and cider available at all times in the lobby. Free breakfast was perfectly serviceable and staff were always kind. Great front porch for relaxing and a fire inside when it’s too cold to be outside. For the money I paid, I have no complaints. Highly recommend this place if you want to stay in downtown Jackson."

"Great quiet location walkable to the downtown. Staff was very accommodating and breakfast was wonderful. The room are really in need of upgrade and cleaning including new carpeting or at a minimum cleaned. There is no way to get coffee before 6 and that doesn’t cut it if your leaving on early morning hike. Suggest simply putting keurig in lunch areas for early movers."
