"Ordered a half beef from their processing side and paid the deposit. Found out a friend had a half beef from them that he couldn't use so I emailed to try to cancel. Never heard back from email. Tried calling multiple times but couldn't get anyone on the phone, this was during holidays so I expected a delay. 5 weeks later still nothing so I tried calling again. A nice lady calls and said that I cancelled so they didn't cut the cow. I asked why nobody called/emailed to confirm and why they still had my deposit. She had no answers and I would have to wait a week to get my refund. After all of the good reviews I read this interaction is very disappointing."

"Decent amount of selections and a friendly staff. I got one or two of each of their fresh sausages and a porterhouse. This place is kinda like a craft beer. It's nice and packaged well, but don't expect it to be priced like Bush beer... and who wouldn't want bacon flavored lip balm."
