"Portions were huge. Only complaint I have is the Mac and cheese was cold but the country fried steak made up for it. Mashed potatoes tasted great. Best hash browns around."

"It was late and quiet when we went here for dinner. The waitress was super friendly as was her helper. They were polite and quick to make sure we got everything we needed to enjoy our meal. The food was well presented, tasted delicious and was satisfying. The staff are attentive, as they even caught that their tomato bisque soup was expired and quickly offfered up substitutions. For being a truck stop restaurant it was quite good. Would definitely eat here again."

"This place had the worst chicken fried breakfast meal i think i have ever had. The meat had a wierd texture and the flavor was not very good. The hash browns were probably all the little scraps they had left on the skillet from everybody elses hashbrowns. They were unedible. The coffe was gross and the waitress semmed like she had a life she hated. Would not recommend this place if your looking for good food or service"

"I ate there at laramie wy location although the waitress was very nice I got the BBQ bacon burger and my bun was all soggy I had the waitress have cook remake it. My patty on Hamburger #2 was hard & crunchy. I couldn't eat it I just had her take it all back. It was my 1st time at iron skillet after hearing alot of good things about it with my bf who drives semi and I was very disappointed 😞"

"Well it’s 09/05/2025 and I guess no dinner tonight. Sat in the booth for over 15 minutes and seen two people come in and sit down after I had been waiting. Never got a menu brought to me and not even asked what I wanted to drink. The other 2 people got service as soon as they sit down. I don’t ever complain because the flavor of spit is not a choice of mine. I just got up and walked out. As I was leaving the waitress made a goofy comment acting like she never seen me sitting there waiting, yet just took an order from the last guy who walked in just before I was getting ready to start giving up, right beside me, I mean arms length from me and still acted like I wasn’t there. She looked at me a total of 30 times and took orders from people on both sides of me. It is 8:30 PM and I left. How’s the food here? Well I don’t know. Like I said, I don’t trust people who are over loaded with ignorance handling my food. If this happens to you just walk away because you can’t fix stupid."
