What People Are Saying
from Google"We stopped here for a fuel stop. ⛽️ The store and restrooms were very clean. The reason I give it 4 stars is the fuel pumps on one side wouldn't work changed lanes twice and finally had to go to the opposite side and we wanted to order a couple of biscuits but nothing was ready. But we did end up getting something else. This Petro has an express store also. The main building has showers, laundry, trucker s lounge with a game room, massage chairs and also the country pride restaurant."
"it's ok but is corporate ever going to fix the giant craters in the truck parking lot, the island and the store look like they haven't been updated since the 1990s yet they charge extremely high prices. 4 dollar for a half filled cup of basic pudding I know it's convenience however that's excessive and the beverage cooler was a quite empty with numerous products out of stock"
"AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS This has been the worst shop experience in my 10 years of trucking. I stopped at Petro Laramie for a simple trailer flat repair. While inflating the tire in their shop they actually blew up my almost brand new tire right there. Then they tried to charge me a ridiculous $900 to replace it. When I respectfully asked if they could offer any kind of discount considering the tire blew in their shop, the desk guy (John) completely lost it and started screaming at me to get out. He then ordered the techs to put the blown tire back on the rim — against my request — and literally kicked me out with a destroyed tire on the wheel. With all the respect, that guy definitely needs a mental check up. I have never experienced such extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, hostile behavior in this industry. If you value your equipment, your time, your safety and your dignity — avoid this shop by all means necessary."
"Well another Petro that went to crap. 1. You'll get a flat tire driving through the parking lot as some of the potholes are 4 feet deep. 2. The fuel island used to sell breakfast items relatively cheap but instead of raising the price they just stop serving breakfast at 8am and change over to the more expensive lunch items. You can still get breakfast at the Iron Skillet, but you are paying more and waiting an hour. Place has gone down hill and they need to replace all of management and start over. Options are a Loves and Pilot across the street."
"Very happy! Clean bathrooms & store! Real friendly personnel! Not a lot of on-the-go foods but has a Country Pride connected inside & our food & service were great! Snacks & goodies! Souvenirs! Truck supplies! Clean lot! Thanks everyone!"
