By accessing or using this website, merchant application, consumer application, or mobile application (collectively, the "Site") associated with Coffey Ventures, Inc. DBA Joe Coffee ("Joe Coffee") or making any purchases on or through the Site, you agree:

  • To be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use;
  • You are, and shall remain, responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; and
  • That if you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use on behalf of your employer or other entity, you represent and warrant to Joe Coffee that you have legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions herein, you must forego using or accessing the Site. The Privacy Policy is incorporated herein by reference and forms an integral part of this agreement. As described more fully below, the materials contained in this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Our Services

The Site connects you with local vendors and merchants to provide you with products, goods, and services that local vendors and merchants provide. You may order food, drink, and beverages from these local vendors and merchants through the Site. Joe Coffee is not a restaurant or food, beverage, or drink preparation entity.

Joe Coffee or its local vendors and merchants may, from time to time, promote and provide you the opportunity to redeem unique promotional codes for discounts on products, goods, and services provided by local vendors and merchants ("Promotional Codes"). You understand and agree that your redemption of Promotional Codes shall be subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in conjunction with the Promotional Code. You understand and agree that Joe Coffee and its local vendors and merchants are under no obligation to provide any Promotional Codes and that any Promotional Codes provided may be only available for a limited time. The Promotional Codes are subject to modification or cancellation at any time. The Promotional Codes may be limited to a one-time use and may be limited to qualifying products, goods, or services. The Promotional Codes are non-transferable and may not be resold. If any product, good, or service is returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product, good, or service, subject to applicable refund policies. The Promotional Code must be redeemed at the time you place your order; Promotional Codes may not be redeemed retroactively for prior purchases or orders. You must agree to, and abide by, these Terms and Conditions of Use in order to be eligible to use the Promotional Codes. Promotional Codes may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.

Transactions Involving Alcohol

You may have the option to order alcoholic beverages and drinks through the Site; however, the local vendors and merchants have sole and final discretion regarding sales of alcohol products or goods to you. If you wish to order any alcohol products or goods on the Site, you agree that you will only order alcohol products or goods if you are 21 years of age or older. You also agree that upon picking up your order, you shall provide valid government-issued identification proving your age to the local vendor or merchant whom you have ordered goods, products, or services from and you will not be intoxicated when receiving alcohol products or goods. If you order alcohol products or goods, you understand and acknowledge that Joe Coffee cannot accept your order of alcohol products or goods if the local vendor or merchant whom you have ordered alcohol products or goods from refuses to accept your order. If you have ordered alcohol products or goods and the local vendor or merchant whom you have ordered alcohol products or goods from refuses to accept your order or refuses to provide the alcohol products or goods to you, you will not be charged for the amount of the alcohol products or goods. If you have been charged for the alcohol products or goods you ordered and the local vendor or merchant refuses to accept your order or refuses to provide you the alcohol products or goods, you will be refunded the amount for the alcohol products or goods. Some reasons why a local vendor or merchant may refuse your order or refuse to provide the alcohol products or goods you've ordered include that you are not over 21 years of age, you cannot provide a valid government-issued identification, the name on your valid government-issued identification does not match the name for your order, or you are visibly intoxicated. If you order alcohol products or goods, you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws in the state you are ordering in, and the state you are picking up your order in, and that you will not cause Joe Coffee or any vendor or merchant to contravene any applicable laws.

Use License

Joe Coffee grants you permission to temporarily use the materials, information, and software on this Site ("Materials") so long as you use the Materials as permitted by your merchant agreement or for personal, non-commercial (except for transacting via the Site) transitory viewing only. You agree and acknowledge this is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the Materials;
  • Use the Materials for any commercial purpose except as permitted herein, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any Materials or the Site;
  • Knowingly upload any files that contain software viruses or other harmful computer code;
  • Use the Materials or the Site to send unauthorized messages including spam, to harass or engage in illegal conduct, or to induce others by means of deceit or fraud to transact via the Site;
  • Interfere with the operation of Joe Coffee's web servers, website, merchant application, consumer application, computers, or network connections;
  • Use the Site to purchase alcohol products or goods unless you are 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued identification verifying you are at least 21 years of age at the time you pick up your order of alcohol products or goods;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Materials; or
  • Transfer the Materials to another person or "mirror" the Materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of the above restrictions or any other term or condition of this Terms and Conditions of Use policy, and Joe Coffee reserves the right to terminate your viewing or use of the Materials, or the use of this Site, at any time. Upon terminating your viewing and use of the Materials, or upon the termination of your license, you must delete any Materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format. If you do not delete all Materials in your possession upon termination of this license, or upon termination of your viewing and use of the Materials, you will be in breach of this Terms and Conditions of Use policy, and Joe Coffee may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to legal action.

Ownership

The Materials and the Site consist of copyrighted works owned by Joe Coffee. Subject to the license granted to you and other users, Joe Coffee reserves all other rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, in connection with the Materials. Joe Coffee has created, owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to use all of the content that appears in the Materials. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein, you agree that you have no right or title in or to any content that appears in the Materials.

Consumer Rewards

By participating in our Consumer Rewards program, you agree to the following terms:

Customers who load a balance onto their store-specific loyalty card will be enrolled in our "Spend $100, Get 1 Free Drink" program. Under this program, once you have spent a total of $100 at participating locations, you will be eligible to receive one free drink. The program is structured so that each qualifying purchase contributes towards your reward balance, with a typical purchase amounting to $10 per transaction. Customers who do not load a balance onto their loyalty card will still earn rewards, albeit at half the rate of those who have added a balance.

To further enhance customer engagement, Joe Coffee offers additional features within the Consumer Rewards program:

  • Weekly Bonuses: We may offer rotating bonuses designed to encourage frequent purchases, including but not limited to Double Points Days, a Monday bonus of 100 additional points, and a Friday bonus for customers who make multiple purchases in a single day.
  • Refer-a-Friend Promotion: Customers who participate in our refer-a-friend program can earn additional rewards by referring new customers to participating shops. The referring customer will earn points once the referred customer completes their first purchase.
  • First-Time Purchase Incentives: Joe Coffee may allocate a budget to incentivize new customers to make their first purchase at participating locations.

By opting into the Consumer Rewards program, you consent to providing your phone number for the purpose of receiving SMS reminders related to rewards and promotions. You may opt out of these SMS reminders at any time by following the instructions provided in the message or by contacting us directly.

Joe Coffee will manage these rewards and bonuses through our proprietary technology and data systems, ensuring that customers receive the maximum benefit while minimizing costs for merchants. By utilizing our network, we are able to provide these benefits at a cost that is less than half of what traditional marketing efforts might incur.

Customers can access and redeem rewards, manage loyalty balances, and apply discounts across various platforms, including Point-of-Sale systems, the Joe Coffee App, our website, and, when available, Kiosk systems.

By participating in the Consumer Rewards program, you acknowledge that the terms and availability of specific rewards and bonuses may change at any time, and your continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Gift Cards and Shop Loyalty Cards

Consumers may purchase or redeem a Joe Coffee gift card ("Gift Card") to be used toward the purchase of Merchant goods and services. Consumers may also purchase a Merchant-specific Gift Card, or Merchant may grant Consumers a Merchant-specific Gift Card as part of a loyalty promotion, to be redeemed toward the purchase of goods and services only from Merchant's location ("Shop Loyalty Card"). Merchant must redeem all Gift Cards, including Shop Loyalty Cards, in compliance with Joe Coffee's consumer terms and conditions and applicable law. The value of Gift Cards, including Shop Loyalty Cards, will be passed to the Merchant for all payment types, minus the standard fee associated with digital purchases. In the event the Merchant leaves Joe Coffee, or a Customer requests a refund, the Merchant is responsible for any refunds in accordance with their state laws.

Account Funds

You may deposit money, of any currency, in any value greater than ten dollars ($10 USD) into your account to be used at any Joe Coffee location ("Account Funds"). We shall hold all Account Funds in an escrow account until you choose to use the Account Funds, upon which the requested Account Funds will be released for you to use toward your purchase. Your Account Funds may be eligible for certain discounts, offers and/or rewards depending on the total balance in your account and funds spent. Account Funds on their own are not eligible for Rewards unless spent.

Reimbursements are available upon written request. Users will be required to email help@joe.coffee with their name, email, phone number and amount requested. Upon account verification, Joe Coffee will reimburse remaining funds via Stripe. Reimbursements will take 3-10 business days to show in your bank account.

We collect data necessary to process your payment, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your payment information, and we only share that information with our secure third-party payment gateway in order to process the payments or refunds required for your account. Joe Coffee cannot guarantee the accuracy of payment information, which is the responsibility of the parties, and cannot be responsible for delay or interruption of payments due to inaccurate information. When you provide payment information to the Site, you consent to transactions initiated by you and enabled by the Site. Payment features are enabled through our secured third-party payment gateway, Stripe, which may request additional payment information from time to time to enable certain features of the Site, which features may become unavailable if you do not provide such additional information.

Because orders, payments, refunds, and rewards incorporate Stripe services, by using the Site, you also agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies, available at: Stripe Legal.

Joe Gift Cards

You may purchase or redeem a Joe Coffee gift card ("Gift Card") to be used toward the purchase of goods and services from Joe Coffee or its local vendors at any Joe Coffee location. Gift Cards can be purchased through the Site.

Redeeming a Gift Card

Once a Gift Card is purchased, the Gift Card recipient will receive a text message containing a link to redeem the Gift Card by registering or logging into the recipient's Joe Coffee account. Once redeemed, Gift Card funds can be used in the same manner as Account Funds. However, Joe Coffee reserves the right to prohibit the use of Gift Card funds for certain products and services.

Gift Card Balance

You can check your Gift Card balance by following the redemption link emailed to you or by logging into your Joe Coffee account.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

Cash Redemption

Gift Cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash except in states where it is required by law.

Unused or Insufficient Balance

If your purchase exceeds the amount of your Gift Card balance, you must pay the difference by Account Funds or other means. Unused Gift Card balances are not transferable.

Expiration Dates

Purchased Gift Cards have no expiration date. However, after a certain period of time we may remit the cash associated with unused Gift Card balances to certain states pursuant to their abandoned property laws. Once we have remitted that cash to such a state, the Gift Card may no longer be redeemed, and we may direct you to that state's government instead. If you received a Gift Card from a promotion, the Gift Card may have an expiration date and, except as required by law, you will not be able to redeem the Gift Card after such date. Please check your promotional Gift Card for the exact expiration date.

Restrictions on Use

Gift Cards may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or promotional activities without Joe Coffee's prior written approval. Gift Cards may not be sold by the original buyer. Joe Coffee reserves the right to limit quantities of Gift Cards purchased by any person or entity. Joe Coffee reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if it believes that the Gift Card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection, or deposit account is associated with your Gift Card.

Billing Errors

Joe Coffee reserves the right to correct the balance of the Gift Card, or Account Funds if the Gift Card has been redeemed to the recipient's Joe Coffee account, if Joe Coffee believes that a billing error has occurred. Joe Coffee disclaims all liability for any such billing errors.

Gift Card Disclaimer

Joe Coffee and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of the Gift Card. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you and you might have additional rights. Any dispute related to Gift Cards shall be handled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Joe Coffee Shop Loyalty Cards

You may purchase through the Site, or a participating merchant may grant you as part of a promotion, a Joe Coffee merchant-specific Gift Card, to be used toward the purchase of goods and services from a specific independent coffee shop location ("Shop Loyalty Card"). Shop Loyalty Cards are intended as a loyalty program for the specific merchant for which the Shop Loyalty Card is purchased.

Redeeming a Shop Loyalty Card

Once a Shop Loyalty Card is purchased, the Shop Loyalty Card recipient will receive an email containing a link to redeem the Shop Loyalty Card by registering or logging into the recipient's Joe Coffee account and adding the Shop Loyalty Card amount to the recipient's Account Funds. Once redeemed, Shop Loyalty Card funds can be used in the same manner as Account Funds, except that Shop Loyalty Cards may only be used at the specific merchant location associated with the Shop Loyalty Card. Further, Joe Coffee reserves the right to prohibit the use of Shop Loyalty Card funds for certain products and services.

The Materials on Joe Coffee's Site are provided "as is with all faults," without warranty of any kind, and Joe Coffee hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the Materials whether expressed or implied. Joe Coffee hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties or title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, and non-infringement. Joe Coffee does not warrant against interference with your enjoyment of the Site, the availability of content, that the functions of the Site will meet your requirements, that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components, that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects in the Site will be corrected, or that the functions contained in the Site will function with other websites, merchant applications, consumer applications, or mobile applications. No oral or written information or advice given by Joe Coffee or a Joe Coffee authorized representative shall create a warranty. If a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, then the above exclusion will not apply. Joe Coffee does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Materials on its Site, or otherwise relating to such Materials or on any websites or applications linked to this Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and regardless of whether any remedy fails of its essential purpose, in no event shall Joe Coffee or its agents, officers, directors, employees, successors, assigns, or affiliates be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, lost time, lost savings, lost data, damaged data, inaccurate data, lost confidential or other information, or for business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses arising out of, or related to, your use or inability to use the Site or your consumption or order of alcohol products or goods, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (tort, contract, or otherwise) and even if Joe Coffee has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. In no event shall Joe Coffee's total liability for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount of monies paid for your access to the Site. The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above-stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

By accessing this Site, you hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Joe Coffee, its agents, officers, directors, employees, successors, assigns, and affiliates, from and against any action, cause, claim, damage, debt, demand, or liability, including without limitation, reasonable costs and attorneys' fees, which arise or result from your use of the Site, your order or consumption of alcohol products or goods, your breach of this Terms and Conditions of Use policy, or your unauthorized use of the Site.

No Price Guarantees; Orders of $1 or Less

The prices for food, drink, beverage, and services shown on Joe Coffee's Site are those provided to Joe Coffee by various participating restaurants and other food and service providers (the "Partners"). It is the Partners' responsibility to provide Joe Coffee with up-to-date pricing. Joe Coffee encourages its Partners to keep Joe Coffee apprised of price changes and to honor the prices posted on Joe Coffee's Site. Joe Coffee may put a hold on your credit card to cover any discrepancies. However, you hereby understand and agree that Joe Coffee is not responsible for any price difference between prices on the Joe Coffee Site and the actual prices charged by Joe Coffee Partners. You will be charged a transaction fee for every order of $0.85 to 10%. This transaction fee will be listed as a line item upon confirming your order. This fee can be avoided by uploading funds.

Return Policy

If there are problems with your food, beverage, or drink order placed on any Joe Coffee Site, please contact us at: help@joe.coffee. Joe Coffee is not responsible for returns. The Partner where you perform your purchase will have the ability to refund your order either in full or partially. Joe Coffee is not liable for any charges, delivery, and food and drink quality of any orders placed on Joe Coffee Site.

Revisions and Errors

The Materials on the Joe Coffee Site may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Joe Coffee does not warrant that any of the Materials on its Site are accurate, complete, or current. Joe Coffee may make changes to the Materials contained on its Site at any time without notice. However, Joe Coffee is not obligated to update the Materials.

Third-Party Content

You understand that the Materials and Site may feature content from third parties. Joe Coffee may provide links on the Materials and Site to third-party websites or vendors who may advertise additional and separate services. Any charges or obligations you incur in your dealings with these third parties are your responsibility. Joe Coffee makes no representation or warranty regarding any content, goods, and/or services provided by any third party even if linked to from our Materials or Site, and Joe Coffee will not be liable for any claim relating to any third-party content, goods, and/or services. The linked websites are not under the control of Joe Coffee and the linked websites may collect data or solicit personal information from you. Joe Coffee is not responsible for the content, business practices, or privacy policies, or for the collection, use, or disclosure of any information those websites may collect. All links to websites on the Joe Coffee Site do not imply Joe Coffee's endorsement of the website. You assume all risk associated with the use of any linked website from the Joe Coffee Site.

Revision of Terms and Conditions of Use

Joe Coffee may revise these Terms and Conditions of Use for the Site at any time without notice. By using this Site, you hereby agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use. You do not have the right to modify this Terms and Conditions of Use policy without Joe Coffee's prior written consent.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Venue, and Attorneys' Fees

Any action, claim, suit, dispute, or proceeding relating to Joe Coffee's Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All actions, claims, suits, disputes, or proceedings shall be brought in the federal or state courts in the State of Washington. You hereby irrevocably submit and consent to the exercise of subject matter jurisdiction and personal jurisdiction over you by the federal and state courts in the State of Washington. You hereby irrevocably waive any and all objections which you may now or hereafter have to the exercise of personal and subject matter jurisdiction by the federal or state courts in the State of Washington and to the venue of any such action, claim, suit, dispute, or proceeding brought in any federal or state court in the State of Washington. If you breach any of the terms or conditions of this Terms and Conditions of Use policy, you hereby agree to pay all reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by Joe Coffee in enforcing the terms and conditions of this Terms and Conditions of Use policy. The attorneys' fees shall be paid by you irrespective of any damages recovered or relief afforded to Joe Coffee.

Waiver

No waiver of any term, provision, or condition of this Terms and Conditions of Use policy, whether by conduct or otherwise, in any one or more instances, shall be deemed to be, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other term, provision, or condition hereof, whether or not similar, nor shall such waiver constitute a continuing waiver of any such term, provision, or condition hereof. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver.

Marketing

Joe Coffee and its business partners may communicate with you with regard to products, promotions, and other services that may be of interest to you. This may include email or other communications. Joe Coffee may also solicit your opinion for market research purposes. You have the right to opt-out or unsubscribe from any marketing communications sent from us, by emailing us at help@joe.coffee or clicking the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of our marketing emails. Please note that you may not be able to opt-out of or unsubscribe from communications that are material to your account and are transactional.

This Privacy Policy describes how Joe Coffee collects and treats information when you use the Joe Coffee mobile application for merchants or for customers (in each case, the "App"), visit our website joe.coffee or our other websites or online channels (collectively, the "Site"), or engage with other products or services we offer (collectively, our "Services"). We may collect information from you as a local coffee shop, vendor or other merchant ("Merchant") or as a customer ordering food, beverages, goods, and services from Merchants via the App ("Customer"). Your privacy is very important to us. Please review this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect and use your information.

This Privacy Policy is part of and governed by our Terms of Use with you as a Customer or our Merchant Terms of Use with you as a Merchant, as applicable. We may provide additional, separate notices about our privacy practices, each of which will be considered to form part of this Privacy Policy.

BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT AND CONSENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR TERMS OF USE. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use our Services. If you have questions about our privacy practices or would like to make a complaint, please contact support@joe.coffee.

Please note that each Merchant has its own privacy practices. Joe Coffee does not control how a Merchant treats its Customers' information, and this Privacy Policy does not address those Merchant practices. What We Mean by "Personal Information"

When we say "Personal Information" we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. Examples include:

  • Identifiers (e.g., name, email, telephone number, address, username)
  • Sensitive Personal Information (e.g., government identification number; precise geolocation; racial or ethnic origin; religious beliefs; health data)
  • Commercial information (e.g., products or services purchased, or other purchasing or consuming histories)
  • Internet or other similar activity (e.g., browsing history; content interactions)
  • Inferences drawn from Personal Information to create a profile about preferences, characteristics, or behavior

Not all information about you is legally protected as Personal Information. Privacy laws sometimes exclude publicly available information, aggregated information, or anonymized information that cannot be linked back to an individual.

Minimum Age Requirement

The Services are intended for users aged 16+. If you are under the age of 16, please do not use the Services. Joe Coffee will not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under age 16. If we discover that someone under the age of 16 has provided us with Personal Information without legal guardian consent, we will delete their information from our systems. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

Joe Coffee only collects, uses, retains, and discloses Personal Information as reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve our purposes. Your Use of the App

To use the App, you must download it and create a profile by providing identifiers like your name and phone number. When you place an order, we collect and process your order details and Rewards & Growth Program activities to facilitate your order with the Merchant. We store your order history to track and facilitate your use of earned benefits and rewards, to deliver personalized content and push notifications, and for our internal business purposes. The App tracks order history and generalized geolocation to deliver personalized recommendations. You can opt-out of these features through your account settings.

Payment Information

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor, subject to Stripe's terms and conditions. Joe Coffee does not process or store any payment information. You may find Stripe's privacy policy here: Stripe Privacy Policy.

Your Communications with Us

If you send us communications via the App, the Site, or other means, we will collect identifiers like your name and email address, along with any Personal Information you choose to include. We use this Personal Information to respond to your inquiries and may send you marketing messages in accordance with your stated communication preferences.

Technical and Device Data

The App automatically collects technical data about your use of the Services, such as your mobile device ID, model, manufacturer, operating system, version information, and IP address. The App collects your generalized geolocation to help you find a Merchant nearby. You can change your device settings to limit or block geolocation collection.

SMS Communications

We may send SMS (text) messages to partners and users who have consented to receive them. SMS messages are used for support responses, service updates, account notifications, and other communications related to your use of the joe platform. Message frequency varies based on account activity and support needs. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. We use cookies and related technologies to provide and improve our Services and to customize your experience. We Never Sell Your Data. Joe Coffee does not sell, share, license, or otherwise share your Personal Information with any entity or person, except as expressly described in this Privacy Policy or when we have a legal basis to do so.

Merchants

When you place an order on the App, we share Personal Information associated with your order details with the Merchant with which you placed the order. The Merchant uses this information only to fulfill your order.

Third-Party Payment Processors

Joe Coffee does not collect or store payment information. We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processing service, to collect, store, and process all purchases. Your payment information is processed according to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Service Providers

Joe Coffee uses service providers for data analytics, customer support, marketing, CRM, communications, and Site and App maintenance. We may need to disclose your Personal Information to our service providers so they can perform their contractual obligations to us. All service providers are required to maintain confidentiality standards that are commercially reasonable to ensure the security of your Personal Information.
