"Wonderful place near the mall. Right off the metro. Super friendly staff and best coffee I’ve had in DC so far. The retro music was loud enough to block out others conversations and was a great vibe. I would definitely come here every time I’m in the area."

"I’m rather upset that I have to write this review. My partner and I were seeking a good cup of espresso and this location was highly recommended to us by our friends (we’re not from DC, so we followed their advice) in the area. As soon as we went in the staff gave us looks as if we were bothering them and annoyed that they had customers. Additionally when asked “is this order for here or to go?” I asked my partner what he wanted to do and the cashier scoffed rather loudly. I then over heard her and her coworker discussing us and I quote “oh they don’t know what they want to do.” This whole experience left a horrible taste in my mouth and utterly ruined my first and most certainly last visit to Peregrine Espresso."

"One of the better coffee shops in DC! I get a nitro here almost daily and I'm never disappointed. Great staff , great prices , and great atmosphere. Outside seating is also available. Great alternative to the corporate coffee establishments."
