"I visited this location to order an Asiago bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese and an apple juice. The food itself was fine, but the experience with the apple juice was extremely disappointing. When the drink was handed to me, the cup was only a little over half full. I asked why it wasn’t filled, and the employee told me it was because I requested no ice. The only reason I asked for no ice is because during past visits, the cup was filled with so much ice that the apple juice became extremely watered down. The following time I asked for light ice, and the cup was still barely filled. This time, with no ice, I received barely half a cup of apple juice. While I was in my car, I could see the employees discussing it before handing it to me, as if they already knew I would question it. That alone made the situation feel intentional. At any other coffee shop, Starbucks included if you order apple juice with no ice, you still receive a full cup of the product you’re paying for. Whether this is a company policy or a decision by the employees, it comes across as extremely cheap and unprofessional. Customers should not have to worry about being shorted on something as simple as apple juice. If giving a full cup puts a business at risk, that is not a good sign for the company. Very disappointing experience, and I hope management takes this seriously."

"Mandy at the Leesburg Ellianos location is such a wonderful person. She makes my experience very delightful as she truly values and remembers customers and their orders. I really appreciate her attention to detail! She deserves a raise! I’ve been in the customer service industry for many years and it’s rare to find people who are just like her (actually caring about the clients, hearing their needs, making a great impression, and most importantly, being genuine). Also for the coffee, it is always consistent! The taste, the blend, everything! I’ve never had a coffee that was inconsistent! Definitely a great location!!"

"Venetian Vanilla for the win! It’s a delicious combination of the vanilla and bitter taste of the espresso. It is a breve beverage - which makes it even better, but of course it is customizable. Give Ellianos a try. You won’t be disappointed!"

"We don't live in the area, but we go when we are in town to this location. Coffee flavor has been good each time we go. We have 1 problem. We order a hot coffee and they always make it iced. Most of the time, they get defensive that it was iced in the system. They won't take the time to check and we have to show them the sticker that they printed attached to the cup that it says hot. We don't always want to wait to have it fixed, but we prefer that it is hot."
