"The food and coffee were mediocre at best. We ordered caprese bagels, which turned out to be chewy bagels with cream cheese, mozzarella, a sprinkle of dried basil, all drowning in balsamic glaze, notably without a single tomato, despite being advertised on the menu. The avocado toast was similarly disappointing; the bread was both stale and soggy, again drenched in balsamic glaze. It took approximately 45 minutes to receive our order, as there was only one person working. She was very sweet and even gave us complimentary brownies to make up for the wait. Unfortunately, those were the best item we had — and even they were not exceptional. I’m wondering if they make those in house or if they are purchased elsewhere. The concept appears to be centered around healthy food, but the execution misses the mark. If you genuinely care about quality, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared healthy food, this is not the place."

"This cute little cafe is located in Health First Pro Health & Fitness Building. I love the vibes here and the customer service is wonderful. Delicious coffee, chai, and matcha with a wide selection of vegan treats as well. If you do visit, you MUST try the edible cookie dough!"

"Cafe located inside Healthfirst. This is a hidden gem!! The matcha is hand whisked with unique syrups if you enjoy added flavor like lavender and strawberry. There are numerous vegan and healthy desserts to choose from like brownies, protein balls and no sugar added chocolate cups. I can't wait to try more menu items!"

"I absolutely love this small find! At first I was nervous to try since it's tucked away in the fitness center by the hospital, but I'm so glad I went and tried it regardless! The coffee is great and the workers are super sweet! I'm so greatful that they always put their cold foams on my lattes. Though I haven't tried all of their snacks, their matcha balls and vegan peruvian chocolate treats are good! I look forward to coming back ❤️"
