"Well I’ve been here a couple times before writing this and deciding not to return. Entered around 9:15 AM on Saturday, and I was the only one in line with 3 barista’s behind the counter. 2 of them were busy, 1 didn’t appear to be doing anything. Stood as the only one in line with only 3 other customers in the building for 6 minutes before my order being taken. I ordered off the menu of a Hot Banana Gingerbread Latte at a regular size. That seemed to cause some confusion as they debated if I could order it hot. Finally they put it in the iPad and I paid. 15 minutes goes by and I’m still waiting for a singular coffee. Maybe one or two other people have ordered inside since then. Drive through was unknown. Then I heard one of the Barista’s say to the other: “Oh, was the Drew one supposed to be hot?” And proceeded to pour out an iced version the had made. Despite 15 minutes earlier everyone being involved on if it even could be hot. Another 5 minutes later I get the coffee and it feels, light. Like very light. A notice an extremely thick layer of foam on top and I decide to scrape it off. The picture does it half justice here but the cup was unironically half full (or empty depending on your school of thought haha). I also heard them mess up another person order in the time I was waiting resulting in it having to be remade. At this point I took my coffee and left. Keep in mind this half a coffee was roughly $7 and their iPad asked for a tip with automatically selecting 18% if you don’t adjust it up or down 😮‍💨 Overall, Yikes."

"Sadly, I agree with the prior posts about the service. I visited on 7/26 at 9 am and again on 8/1 at around the same time. The service was very poor. The workers obviously didn't want to be there. Cool atmosphere and fresh muffins though. I would make it my go to but not with the poor service twice now. I won't be back."

"Just went in for a cup of English breakfast tea and a breakfast sandwich! The young woman taking my order scratched her head then scratched the corner of her mouth with her index finger! Then she opened tea jar touched the scoop then touched the tea bag all with that same dirty finger that she used too scrape the crust out of the side of her lip! Whyyyyyyy! Why couldn’t she wash her hands ? It’s too simple to wash hands or just throw gloves on! Please educate your staff! Please review the cams so you can see this yourself! "The location is incredibly convenient for me which is why I still visit every once in a while. I just am consistently a bit disappointed in how long it takes to get my order. I don’t mind waiting but I do mind other orders being made before mine with a later pickup time than mine while I stand waiting long after my pickup time with my order not even started. This seems to be my experience each visit. Coffee is good and the atmosphere is cute. I read some comments about rude service and I haven’t experienced that, luckily. Usually sweet people there."
