"Having outdoor seating is a plus for sure but the wifi is terrible so working is not possible unless with personal hotspot. This is the benefit of coffee shop spots for remote workers. The staff is generally ok, but not more than that and often bordering on what appears to be bored which comes off rude. The food (bagel today) was rubber and was nothing rather than everything. It would be better to not offer it and not annoy customers."

"Been to this location multiple times. Friendly service. Hands down my personal favorite coffee. My first coffee there was a cold brew coffee with coconut, mocha, whole milk and coconut cold foam on top over ice. My goodness it's always phenomenal."

"Foxtail coffee shop is a charming little spot that has delicious pastries, cookies, and coffee! With lots of rustic wood paneling and tables and chairs, this place holds such charm. Service was kind and very helpful and let us customize our drinks to our liking. I would love to get this coffee on the run if it had a drive-through, but alas, we did not see one, but if you’re ever looking for a great spot to stop in for a hot or iced coffee, this point shop is a must try ."

"There really needs to be more than one employee working here at a time. Every time I've been in this location this year no matter how empty or not busy it is it takes forever to get a coffee (typically 30 minutes sometimes longer in store, online order is always longer than 30 minutes past order time), and I feel especially bad when I walk in and there's more than 5 clients the one person working is too busy making drinks to take new orders and 90% of the clients are sitting without their order. This location NEEDS a second staff member working when open to accommodate the regular business. For the price we pay I expect a second wage to be feasible, and if the owners want to make more sales this is the only way possible. I regularly see people walk in and wait 20 min or longer just to place their order when the place isn't even busy because of the lack of staff working. I won't be returning until this is resolved, it's too inconvenient for a 8 dollar coffee."

"Foxtail Coffee offers a delightful atmosphere and some great drinks. I'm particularly fond of their flat white, which is usually excellent, though occasionally it misses the mark a bit. Their matcha latte, on the other hand, is consistently fantastic and a personal favorite. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff make it a pleasant spot to relax or get some work done. Overall, it's a solid choice for coffee lovers!"
