After each coffee "please drive up" We wanted to order food but after being told we can drive up 3 times we decided to just drive up. Every other marylous I've been to is 10/10 this one needs help!"

"Usually I love this Marylous and I go here all the time but they overcharged us for something we didn’t ask for and it was the wrong item. I asked for a coffee cake muffin and they gave us coffee cake with nuts. I feel like that’s not ok because I could have had a nut allergy. I didn’t even realize it had nuts until I took a bite. The woman said she could not refund us and didn’t even give us our right item either way she just said “sorry that happened” and closed the window. 🫤"

"I recently had an experience at Marylou's where the service was unfortunately overshadowed by one of the staff members' attitudes. While the food itself was decent, my interaction with the server left a lot to be desired. She seemed visibly annoyed from the moment we placed our order, and when I asked a simple question about an ingredient she forgot to add, she rolled her eyes in a very noticeable and dismissive manner. After noticing her facial expression and poor behavior. I asked her if she was OK and why she was she was being so rude? She said "OK" and walked away like a toddler. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it really detracted from what could have been a pleasant experience. While I understand that everyone can have off days, staff needs to maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor, especially when serving customers. I hope this is just an isolated incident, but it definitely left a bad impression on me. Shame on this woman because she was the oldest in there. It's not my problem that she hates life. Don't work in customer service if it can't be pleasant. Do better! Edit: The woman's name is Ashley, extremely ignorant and childish."
