"Very nice staff! I didn’t know what to get and she gave me a yummy recommendation. The menu for new customers can be a little overwhelming as the screen is really far away and small but other than that I had a great experience and drink! We got a small and medium coffee for 8 bucks"

"I lived on the South Shore and NEVER had a bad coffee. I know the one in Framingham is new, and they need to train employees how to make the drinks, but you don’t need to be trained to put ice in the cup for an iced coffee 🤣. You either get 5 ice cubes or nothing. And the coffee has been tasting old. And how come they don’t look like the pictures with whip cream and liquid drizzle? That’s what Marylou’s is all about! I usually don’t leave reviews like this, but I’m not giving up on MaryLous. Just trying to get them to make it better. Come on, we got this! Sincerely, Bummed in Natick"

"I think food and drink wise they are amazing. Now i am not the type to write reviews but everytime I go in there, the workers are on their phones and ignoring customers. The drive through line they have multiple mics on making it impossible to order and these people cant use proper manners, i said thank you and i got a “yup”. I think the staff needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers. The slightly older staff is fine though."

"i ordered 2 coffees, i asked for a iced turtle and the girl said “i can’t do that right now i’m busy with to much caffeinated drinks” - something like that and i just got the small butterscotch coffee which is literally caffeinated since she told me she “couldn’t” make the turtle, like tell me your lazy without telling me your lazy. like girl do your job. that’s the only girl that has been a brat of all the i’ve gone there. otherwise, the rest of the staff is nice."

"I was so happy that this Mary Lou’s opened up in Framingham! The coffee is delicious. Other than the coffee, I’ve only tried one thing and that is an egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin, which was good. Mostly I will probably just get coffee. I have not used the drive-through only the in-store pick up. I always order on the app which makes things very smooth when I pick up."
