"Shockingly good! I came in thinking “why pay to go out for dairy but let’s try it once” and Mi Cafe totally flipped the script on me. Now my thinking is, it’s fine dining for a very reasonable price! Perfect for date night, entertaining, or something different without breaking the bank! We had an amazing margherita pizza, thin crust, fresh cheese, super tasty, the chef is actually Sicilian, it was the real deal! We also had tropical salmon appetizer, swiss choc milkshake, great fries, creme brulee, and zeppole - a traditional italian dessert of lightl donut type pastry with choc hazelnut cream. Everything tasted fresh fresh! Service professional, prompt, and friendly. This place would fit right on the Upper East Side, Mi Cafe is prob one of the top dairy restaurants in NYC area. Give it a try!"

"Me and my family walked in and received a pleasant greeting from the staff who led us to our table. Soon after a waiter came over with fresh bread and cold water and we ordered our dinner. And when I say it was an amazing dinner, it was an amazing dinner. All the staff really and genuinely served us to the best of their abilities. I was extremely impressed and definitely plan on coming back soon. Great recommendation for a date night."

"I checked out Mi Cafe recently and had a really solid meal there. The place has a good atmosphere; it felt comfortable and relaxed. The staff were nice, which always makes a difference. The food was good overall, with a few excellent items. Definitely get the fettuccine Alfredo; it was fantastic, nice and creamy. The empanadas were also seriously good. The Caribou was very good as well, definitely worth ordering. My only suggestion for the Alfredo would be to hit it with a little black pepper, just to give it that final pop of flavor. The only issue I ran into was with the arugula salad. The leaves looked a bit tired, and the vinaigrette was too weak. It needed to be stronger to properly dress the greens. That salad aside, everything was genuinely good. I would recommend Mi Cafe if you are in the area."
