Cars that were in the other line that showed up after got their drinks faster. When I finally got to the front my coffee was already sitting waiting for me. If managed better the line could go faster and more efficiently."
"I never really go there because the linens wraps around the building. I can't find a menu, unless I get Up to the building. The staff isn't very helpful with making decisions. Would like an additional menu placed down the drive thru lane to see the options. It would be helpful for when they approach my car to take my order."

"Lady that was taking orders on my line took forever to approve to us!! She preferred to just have a conversation with one customer all the time that I was in line! She took about 20 minutes to approve and great us!!"
"Went around 8pm on 11/8 to get 1 drink. Waited what seemed like forever for the person to come take my order. Everyone was standing around playing and not even making drinks. I understand the place can get busy but there were 2 cars next to me and one had their drinks. I kept hearing one girl from the other lane call out to whoever was taking orders and she took so long. We have visited another location and i know you have higher expectations than that."
