"This could become a Sunday tradition! We got to Roswell Donuts at around 6 AM on Sunday morning and ordered Long Johns (maple iced and chocolate iced) , and when we got home, we discovered that they had given the most beautiful and aromatic Long Johns on the planet! And they are soooooo delicious!!! 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋 After a nice star-and-moon-gazing experience on Pecos Ridge, we craved some coffee and doughnuts, so we stopped here. The ladies there are so friendly and patient as we asked for explanations of some of the items. We ended up buying coffees and multiple doughnuts of various varieties. YUM!!! Now I see why there is always a line around the building! It's an easy entrance with wheelchair accessible entry and plenty of parking. The inside is roomy with room for the occasional visitor to eat inside, but most go through the drive-through. We will definitely visit Roswell Donuts and Breakfast again! UPDATE: YES, we did get back there and on an early Sunday morning! They open up at 5 AM and the air is filled with the aroma of cooking doughnuts 🍩. Our favorite is the Long Johns!!!"
