"The girls that work there are horrendous. I could leave a zero star i would. Was overcharged on my drink and told I wasn’t. They don’t seem to know how to keep customers. Never happens when I pay cash! I was also not giving a receipt. ALWAYS GET RECEIPT because these young kids are un trustable. They made the process very difficult. I was not happy with my service. My drink also had no iced, even though I ordered ice."

"This location has rapidly gone down hill over the last several months. After today I won't be returning. I had to repeat what I thought was a simple order twice at the menu (lg cold brew/espresso/half and half) which isnt that big of a deal but still. Pulled up to the window. Paid. The coffee they handed me was wrong. There was a ton of whipped cream with caramel sauce and maybe coffee but looked like milk, I explained that wasn't what I ordered and repeated my order. They took the drink back and tried again. Wrong, this time they replaced the whipped cream with sweet foam and caramel sauce. I again said this isn't what I ordered and repeated the order. They took it back and tried again. Wrong, they handed me the same drink they had just tried to give me. I said again, this isn't what I ordered.....but could see I wasn't getting anywhere so I accepted the drink anyway. Got a couple feet away and decided I didn't want to settle for an incorrect drink that I paid almost 6 dollars for so, I went back. Walked up to the window. Explained that I was just in the drive through, apologized, told them the order still wasn't correct and asked for a refund. She told me she would remake it. I said that would be ok. She closed the window then came back maybe a minute or less later and handed me what looked like the same coffee but, there wasn't any sweetfoam/caramel sauce so I accepted it. I thanked her and she asked me, with a smirk, do you wanna try it? I said it looks right, thanked her again and walked away. I ended up dumping the coffee down the drain because it felt weird that she asked me to try it while I was standing there......after dumping it I realized it was likely the same drink I took back only they scraped off all the caramel and whipped topping. Very unfortunate."

"Every time I buy latte here, same story — taste like rust water. What is this, coffee or old pipe? Clean your machine one time in your life, maybe? I come back many times, think maybe today better, but no — always dirty taste. Staff remake drink? Ha, joke. They give me same garbage or worse. This place cannot manage even simplest thing — make coffee not taste like trash. Enough. Biggby Coffee — never again. Жопа полная."
