What People Are Saying
from Google"Wow, this place is truly the coffee shop of coffee shops! It’s like a cozier, more intimate version of 1819, infused with a vibrant, welcoming spirit that feels almost divine. Unlike many coffee shops that prioritize endless seating over quality, this gem serves up genuinely exceptional coffee crafted by baristas who clearly know their stuff. The service is warm, efficient, and always delivered with a smile, making every visit a delight. This is hands-down my favorite spot in Spring Hill to settle in with my laptop for a productive work session. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between focused and relaxed. The backyard is a standout feature—a spacious, inviting yard with picnic tables and comfy chairs where you can soak up some fresh air. It’s an ideal hangout for “Mommy & Me” groups, with plenty of room for kids to play safely while mom's catch up over coffee. Indoors, you’ll find a variety of seating options, from cozy nooks to communal tables, catering to every mood. There’s often a food truck parked out back, adding to the charm. Whether you’re looking to power through emails, meet up with friends, or simply unwind with a great cup of coffee, this place has it all. It’s a haven for both productivity and relaxation, and I can’t recommend it enough!"
"We knew the location from when it used to be "The Mocking Bird Cafe". Beautiful estate. Several rooms with specific purposes. Study, work, relaxation, meeting a friend, whatever is, you'll find a perfect corner to enjoy your drink. No many options to eat, but a spinach-feta croissant, and cookies. I saw a food truck outside with taco &etc. The service was just really drinks, the fall options were delicious."
"The coffee was “as ordered” but if you’re a “smooth” coffee kind of person, this might not be the spot for you. The coffee has that bright, almost citrus taste to it that is not my favorite. The location, however, is AWESOME. Lots of rooms/nooks to sit and chat with a friend or read or work. It’s away from the city so it feels peaceful. I did find the area where you order to be crowded and a little chaotic, but that is pretty typical of any coffee shop if you’re near the counter."
"Absolutely loved this place! We are visiting from Texas for my husband's job. Someone at the jobsite sent us for breakfast from the food trailer. I insisted we try the coffee shop inside too. I'm so glad I did! We got the light roast coffee and a cafe mocha. The light roast was good without anything added although we did add a bit of cream and stevia. I asked the barista about the cafe latte because I love them. He recommended it because it's made fresh in house. He did not steer me wrong! I think it's the best cafe latte I've ever had! They have food options, coffees, teas, and other drink options. I got a pumpkin loaf which was delicious! Next time I will try the lemon loaf. They have cute shirts, jackets, mugs, stickers, candles, etc... The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There are several rooms you can choose from to enjoy your coffee as well as a sitting space at the top of a beautiful spiral staircase. There are picnic tables with umbrellas outside too. We were headed back to the jobsite so we got ours to go. We already decided that tomorrow we will be going back again. They're around the corner from the jobsite which is very convenient, although I'd drive further just to go get coffee from them! Thank y'all for such a wonderful experience!"
"A lovely local place to spend time chatting, or reading or working alone. It's a very nice atmosphere. There are many rooms available to sit in as well as outside, so it didn't seem crowded or noisy. Notice the beautiful stained glass window behind the coffee bar and the large wood circular staircase leading to the upperoom!"
