What People Are Saying
from Google"I came at around 11:15 on January 29, 2026 to try a doughnut and maybe get some coffee. I’m not a coffee drinker but my kids have been trying to get me to try some for a long time. So I thought I would try it with my doughnut. To say it was excellent is to minimize how good it was! The coffee at black line and the service was incredible. They make their own donuts in-house and the young lady who helped me and made my coffee was great. The owner was there working alongside being super friendly to everybody. The place has a great vibe. Lots of parking. I highly recommend it."
"An Experience as Sweet as the Donuts! BLACKLINE Donuts in Webster is more than just a donut shop it’s an experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but one of the baristas really went above and beyond. Not only did he take the time to recommend some amazing items, but he also surprised me with some beautiful coffee art that made the visit feel extra special. The donuts? Absolutely delicious. You can tell they care about quality and creativity here every bite was fresh and flavorful. Pair that with perfectly made coffee and warm, personalized service, and you've got a spot worth coming back to. Highly recommend stopping by BLACKLINE if you’re in the area it’s a treat in every sense of the word."
"The oat cream pie latte is absolutely amazing. The last time I came (over a year ago), I dont remember their coffee being this good, but wow it was so good today, i had to make a review. I also had the hummingbird donut and tasted their raspberry thumbprint donut. Both yummy. The guy who took my order was very kind and friendly. will come back for another latte!!"
"This coffee shop is a hidden little gem in a commercial strip mall. When traveling, I try to find local coffee shops and will sometimes buy their beans to take home and enjoy in my home espresso machine. I tried one of their seasonal crafted coffees called The Willow and it was delicious; it wasn't too sweet. They offer mocha flights and I want to come back to try one. Before I leave for home, I will grab a bag of the beans. The overall vibe of this coffee shop is laid back. There is bar seating but, per typical coffee shop, somebody has commandeered a large portion of the bar area with their laptop and large travel mug. This seems the norm, nationwide. Whether you're a Webster native or just passing through, I would recommend you try Blackline."
"I made an online pickup for the gluten free banana nut loafs for my birthday. The ONLY option online was for a 15 minute pickup. I tried to call the store multiple times to clarify. After getting there I find out the phone lines are down and of course the order that says ready come pick it up… which it is NOT ready. Which is fine, I know these sellout, but there are no other options on the ordering app… when I first walk in, it was basically “sorry about your bad luck we are sold out can’t help you. They supposedly gave me a refund, which didn’t show in the app and couldn’t tell me if I would be getting my $7 in points back.. So I went back to my car to try to reorder it the way they said to and the option wasn’t there… I went back in a 2nd time and showed them my phone and how the option to order for anything other than 15 minutes wasn’t there. NO SOLUTIONS were given on their end other than sorry we can’t help you. I HAD to give the suggestion to just let me order them in store, which you could tell the man helping up was also annoyed.. a girl was able to take over and she was very nice and helpful. They told me 24 hours so assumed it did not mean that next day due to it being at the end of the day on Sunday. The whole thing was frustrating and not 100% clear. (The pickup time on the actual receipt said the same day which was Sunday…) So I came back in on Tuesday giving plenty of time… and they DID NOT have my order. I ended up speaking with a manger.. who ended up actually being the owner.. that came to the conversation with an attitude. There was no refund offered for the items not available or an offer to pick them up the next day. I was offered to take the other gluten free donut that did not look good or choose from their donut options that are full of gluten. (Like it’s a choice to be able to eat gluten 🙄) I ended up having to choose 3 of their “designer” donuts which we are just not into.. and ended up in the trash because the people who can eat gluten, didn’t like them… they would have loved the actually thing I ordered… While the issues started as technology issues with their systems, the real dissatisfaction came with how it was ultimately handled with the owners interaction and lack of accountability for any of it. “She wasn’t there” “she’s also frustrated” the overall attitude about it. I was not being rude, pushy or anything I just tried to explain the situation and how frustrating the whole situation was from order until now."
