"I've been here many times and someone that really stands out at doing a fantastic job is Gabrielle. She makes the drinks with the upmost care. She knows how to treat customers the right way and I always come back because of the great service she provides. I would definitely come back but only if Gabrielle is working. "This place genuinely sucks. My sister and I have tried to give it multiple chances since we work nearby and are always wanting some Beans & Brews. I have never written a review for any place before but truly the employees here on something all the time. Every time we have ordered they've always forgotten to add something to the drink like soft top and that literally costs an extra dollar on the drink itself already. Every employee we have had to talk to about this has been plain rude about having to re-make the drink and almost get aggressive when giving the drink to us. I do not recommend this place especially when ordering online."
