"The service was terrible, the barista told me not to come back, she made me a coffee for $10 she said that 20% was a mandatory tip, but I said that was a lie and that I could leave a tip at my discretion. I told her that I didn't allow her to charge my card for tips ( First of all, the service is very poor, and the coffee is completely tasteless. It's unclear what they use to make it. ) and she charged 20% of the tip to my card. I think it's completely disrespectful to the customers."
