"I’ve been really frustrated because I haven’t been able to find a coffee stand that does eggnog lattes and does them really well… I decided to try this place as my last ditched effort… I was absolutely beside myself because this is probably the one of the best eggnog lattes I’ve ever had… I didn’t ask her name unfortunately but whoever worked today, Tuesday, December 2… Deserves a raise because this girl killed it… The sweetest sweetest gal and the best coffee… There are enough stars to give her it was just enough creamy just the perfect amount of coffee. "Grounded Expresso has the best coffee! I was a huge SB fan, but also like to try local coffee places as well. I now love going here vs SB now. The white chocolate mocha(pictured here) taste similar to SB, but is so much better!! So smooth & has a rich flavor to it. They have a drive through on both sides of the building & are very fast & friendly. They also sell muffin tops, donuts, and other treats when available. 10/10 in my book. 😁"

"I have never had an issue bringing my own cup to a coffee stand before. To the girl with red hair: I suggest being nice, or finding a different job where you dont have to interact with people. You are hurting your coworkers and customers with your bad attitude. There's a million coffee stands; I'll go to the ones where I feel welcome. Thanks. Edit: Extremely frustrating experience. After they tried to start an argument over the price of the hot water filling my americano, I have simply been asking for a 12oz americano (I used to ask for room and some ice because my ~16oz cup stays hot, but seeing as that request wrought a confusion over the remaining space in my cup, I have since "simplified" my order). But then today that same barista FILLED my cup nearly overful to the point that my lid barely closed. Hello, choose ONE option please: do you want me to pay for the 2-4oz of hot water that I didn't want in the first place, or do you want me to receive the things that I actually ordered? Honestly this interaction felt retaliatory, so I'll be going elsewhere for my regular coffee. Thanks!"
