"Hybrid service here. Place your order and prepay at the register, then they bring you your food to whichevertable you've chosen. I had a quality omelette that was gigantic and tasty. The home fries are decent, but taste like every other restaurant that gets them frozen from Sysco, though they were perfectly cooked, unlike some other places I've been. The food came out quickly and piping hot."

"Excellent neighborhood cafe serving both American and Brazilian fare. We had breakfast—meals were well prepared, ample and nicely plated. Coffee is very good here. Not a place for people in a big hurry, as the staff is limited and the place is not designed for surge capacity. No table service for orders; but they will bring your food to the table once ordered at the main counter. There are indoor and outdoor options for seating. Ambiance is chill and everyone is super nice. Update 07/03/25 - added a star. After several visits Franklin Street Cafe is one of my two favorite cafes in Framingham. Consistently good."

"Great coffee every time. I’ve been here a few times and enjoy the açaí bowls and the French toast. Pictured is a complete açaí bowl and a home omelette. The chocolate croissant was stale, but the fresh food is always consistently good. Customer service is good too!"
