"I'm rating based on the bags of whole bean coffee I bought there. They were helpful enough when I had some concerns about it being dark roast or not, mainly due to my possible misunderstanding of what Full City roast might mean. They let me take a look at the coffee before I left, and I ended up with two bags of Costa Rica because the Guatemala looked too dark for me. The coffee is delicious."

"While we love to support local shops, we won’t be going back unless they become an actual coffee shop. The staff didn’t know what a cortado is, I asked for a pour over and got drip coffee, and they don’t have an espresso machine. As someone who buys freshly roasted beans and has done some surface level research on coffee, I could provide higher quality coffee drinks with my home setup. While their beans may be great, it was hard to tell when drinking a watery drip coffee. I understand the cost of an espresso machine is significant, however the equipment to do a pour over is next to nothing."
