I've never really been a fruit person but I have to tell you, I'm addicted to their smoothies! I've even tried flavors that I never liked and now I can't get enough. The owner is very nice, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You feel welcome every time you come in. They have some really great deals on healthy drinks. I will be trying another flavor very soon. If I could give this place a hundred stars it wouldn't be enough."

"I just came from a workout and noticed that there was a nutrition store where I was driving. Perfect timing 😊 I believe I was talking to the store owner and my siblings were with me. We were welcomed right away and she was very patient with our crazy and endless questions. The drinks were delicious! She filled it to the top. This is the cookies and cream with chocolate whey protein. I don’t like chocolate drinks but this one I definitely recommend!"
