"Good location in Edmonds, usually not that busy so the wait time is short. Mocha is my go-to drink and it's very consistently good here. A good variety of drinks on the menu too."

"Just moved to the area, and have been coming here for months now. It's quite expensive, but the coffee is usually good so I kept coming back. I have to ask the barista every time to make sure I get my points, because they never ask if I am part of their rewards, and it doesn't seem to add points automatically, but no big deal I guess. Today, however, I order my coffee, and at the end I ask my barista how many points I have, because surely I'm close to a reward. After she charges me, she says I only have 1 point (so obviously didn't get a point for the coffee I just purchased). I told her that can't be right because I've been coming here for months. She then says it's something I missed on my end because I didn't set up my account via text? I told her I have never gotten a text. She said she will send me one, and when I get the text it's just a receipt for my coffee today. Does not say how many points I have. She was rude and seemed annoyed I was asking about my account. I was a barista for 8 years and this customer service is incredibly disappointing. I didn't leave a tip today which I never do, and I unfortunately won't be back. Such a shame because the coffee is usually good, but the customer service and rewards system is not worth the expense."

"Went to brewed Awakening on Christmas eve around 1:30 so my husband could get a latte. He ordered a 12oz vanilla latte which was $4.30 on the menu when he went to pay she said it was $6.30. I said that's not what the menu said her reply was we have told the owner to change it. I believe this is false advertising plus the coffee was not good and service was poor. When we lived in Edmonds and used to go there all the time not anymore plus telling as many people as possible so they won't get cheated"

"Not sure how this place has so many good reviews; I left my house early cause it usually takes at least 10 mins everytime BUT this last time I was in the line FOR 18 MINS!!! Then on top of it my Italian soda was already separated so I’m not even sure what going on. 👎👎👎👎👎"
